7-Day Exchange & Refund Policy

You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Exchange or Refund

You can request an exchange or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • You received the wrong size
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered

Conditions for Exchange/Refund

To qualify for an exchange or refund:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The original invoice/receipt must be provided
  • Products delivered in boxes or garment bags must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Fragrances
  • Cosmetics
  • Intimate apparel

Exchange & Refund Process

For Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Customers will be required to send the item to our provided return address.

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Our team will arrange pickup from your doorstep after verification.

Processing Time

  • Exchange requests are usually processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 7 working days

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once the order has been shipped, the standard 7-day exchange/refund policy will apply
  • Minaar Store reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or payment verification problems

Important Note

Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your parcel. This helps us resolve complaints quickly in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
